Terms and Conditions for Bizzyeasy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Bizzyeasy CRM and project management platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. License

Bizzyeasy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your internal business purposes. You may not use the Platform for any other purpose, including but not limited to reselling or sublicensing the Platform.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Modify, disassemble, or decompile the Platform.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit the Platform in any way.
• Transfer or sublicense the Platform to any third party.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by Bizzyeasy or its licensors. You do not acquire any intellectual property rights in the Platform by using it.

5. Data Protection

Bizzyeasy takes the protection of your data very seriously. We will only use your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bizzyeasy makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Platform, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bizzyeasy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

8. Term and Termination

This agreement shall commence on the date you first use the Platform and shall continue in effect until terminated by either party. Bizzyeasy may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of California.

10. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

11. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of this agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

13. Notices

All notices and other communications under this agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

The headings in this agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect its interpretation.
